Bridges of Faith
The Bridges of Faith Campaign is a complete restructuring and reordering program to find the best and most effective ways for Rainbow to continue to grow and meet the needs of the changing world. We raise up a generation of world changers and as such need a sustainable base of infrastructure and support to move forward. We are currently in a redefining partnership with JD Levy and Associates and the MEO Foundation. This is a journey of two years as we put into place what we need to sustain the mission and vision that God is calling us toward.
Please pray for us as we continue to seek after the leading of God in our way forward. We will be posting updates and findings on this page as we continue to address our past, our present, and our future.
Funding is needed in this journey of faith that calls for many areas to be strengthened. Facilities need built and buildings renovated and repaired. Consider what it looks like for you to join us on this journey of faith.
The Bridges of Faith Campaign addresses key issues for growth to position this ministry to better serve the summer camp programs and guest groups that use these facilities. The major components of this campaign plan include the following:
- Reduce/eliminate long-term debt
- Expanding year-round facilities for greater sustainability
- Expand the donor and volunteer base
- Establish a long-term planned giving program
- Examine staffing needs and leadership giftedness
- Address deferred maintenance and payroll needs
- Development of cash reserves for General Operations
- Establish a camper scholarship endowment
- Expand our mission partnerships
