Yesterday before lunch, we went swimming at the pool for a little bit and then headed to the conference center for some grub.  After lunch, we had some free time before going to listen to Ro Ro Eustache, the missionary, give a short presentation.  Ro Ro is our missionary this summer from Haiti and he has some amazing stories that he will be sharing with us all throughout the rest of this week.  When Ro Ro was finished talking to the group, we started in on our afternoon water activities.  Our first game was an interesting one, as you can tell from some of the pictures, where we had campers rolling around in sand and throwing water balloons at each other.  For our second game we played kitty pool kick ball, which was incredibly refreshing to cool down before heading back to the warm huts.  We then got cleaned up for a fantastical dinner of tacos, nachos, and M&M cookies.  After dinner, we had our worship time and then listened to CJ Backer talk about the weeds and treasures in our lives.  Everyone then broke up into their family groups to discuss more on what CJ was talking to them about.  By the end of small groups it was almost time for the night game, which was a captivating game of ‘Mafia’.

This morning, we all staggered out of our huts to find four raccoons trapped inside our trashcan which seemed to wake everyone up pretty quick  We then settled down to eat a fabulous breakfast of biscuits and gravy with some fruit.  After breakfast, we all scattered around the area to have our devotional time by ourselves.  We are now getting ready to head out to the giant swing for an awesome time!
